Knowledge turns into practice
The program combines learning, practice and community support. The first level, “Start with Confidence”, covers the basics of entrepreneurship, communication, digital tools and AI. The second, “Grow Through Leadership”, focuses on business management, financial planning, promotion and leadership.

In 2026: 323 applications, 134 participants and 97 graduates with certificates. 192 hours of training, 20 trainers and mentors, and 60+ business projects. 100% of surveyed graduates were satisfied with the program.
