Experience that turns into action

Since 1999, we have been expanding opportunities for women and communities in Kazakhstan through education, mentoring and cultural initiatives.

Our approach is profidence. Every program combines professional skills training from practitioners, social-emotional learning based on validated psychological tools, and individual mentoring.

We have worked with technical and vocational education (TVET) since 2008: with public colleges across Kazakhstan, in person and online, in Kazakh and Russian.

03 / Ideathon by QYZfond 2026

Real challenges Real solutions

On 27–31 October 2026, Ideathon by QYZfond took place in Almaty together with the Almaty City Education Department. College students worked on real cases from ten companies, in teams with mentors at host colleges. At the Grand Final at ALT University, they presented their best solutions. The winning team of each track earned an internship or training with the partner company.
